Be as awesome as you can be! :] Running a successful blog shouldn’t be about the publicity you’d gain (a la Oh No They Didn’t!), but the joy you bring to the fanbase no matter how big or small it might be. Make sure you’re nice to your followers because asshole administrators are douchebags and make sure to keep your posts steady.
